The FSM National Election Commissioner Office is an Agency under the government of the Federated States of Micronesia.The office is responsible for the conduct of elections for the Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia, responsible for registering citizens that have reached the voting age of eighteen (18) years old, to issue FSM Voters ID cards for eligible registered voters.
National elections of the country is administrated by th National Election Director and conducted by national election commissioner for each of the states in the FSM.
National elections are held biennially in each odd numbered year on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in the month of March.
